How to care for your Wind Chime
Make the location of your wind chime protected as much as you can from the elements. Install away from direct sunlight or very heavy winds.
Most surfaces can be cleaned with soap and water. The natural aluminum surfaces can be cleaned with #0000 steel wool to take out any rough surface spots.
If your wind chime metal parts are painted, be careful of using any harsh chemicals, this will cause the paint to peel or discolor over time.

Will always be adding content. Many more styles of wind chimes to write about here.
The sample sounds are fantastic. My favourite was the Himalayan Deluxe – that is – until I saw the price. They are utterly gorgeous and I guess that’s why they cost a packet, but I’m afraid they are out of my league.
The Hmalayan Deluxe is out of most peoples price range. The others are priced quite nicely.
The himalayan deluxe is quite steep, but I wonder more about where to install such a long chime. 84 inches is like the lengh of a sheet of drywall, I’d need an open porch and a strong roof for that.
The deluxe Himalaya is definitely for a big outside space. This is the top of the line when looking for the best wind chimes sounds.
I have this article bookmarked. I did that because I feel I need to read it again. I believe your information to be valid. Thank you for making it interesting.
I am happy to have all the advice on what I need to make a wind chime. I would love to make one for my grandmothers birthday. I know that she appreciates home made gifts.
After you have planned on making your Wind Chime, you need to make sure that it has some kind of tune. A bad sounding wind chime is worse than no wind chime at all.
My wife loves wind chimes, and I think that being able to have one of the woodstock alto ones you talked about is something she’d love. I like how you talked about the aluminum tubes with the silver finish on those wind chimes as well. She loves the silver looking chimes, so I might have to look for one of these for her!
Wind chimes are a great way to make a soft mood for your outdoor space. Selecting the proper sound for each person is going to be the biggest issue.
